Professions

At Aspire Behavioral Services, we are always looking for compassionate professionals to join our team and help us provide the best care for children and families. We are currently seeking:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Design and manage behavior interventions.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Must be licensed and hold a master’s degree in a related field.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

  • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Provide speech and language therapy for children.
  • Create individualized treatment plans.
  • Must hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Nevada licensure.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Support children’s development through play-based therapy.
  • Work with families and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Nevada licensure.

Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Provide physical therapy to children, focusing on motor skills and coordination.
  • Work with families to integrate therapy into daily routines.
  • Must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Nevada licensure.
