Jacob Lee
Chief Executive Officer
Jacob Lee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He holds a Masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He has worked in the field of ABA for nearly 7 years and started the work as a Registered Behavior Technician. His focus remains on providing the families and children served with the best quality care possible. He is passionate about the field of ABA and builds partnerships with families that focus on their long-term success. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Behavioral Services, but even in that role continues to work directly with children and families.
Megan Hall
Clinical Operations Officer/Intern Coordinator
Megan Hall is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She holds a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked in the field of ABA for 8 years and started the work as a Registered Behavior Technician. Megan gained her experience applying concepts and principles of ABA in multiple settings, including in-home, schools, clinic, and the community providing services to children, ages 18 months – 17 years-old. She is focused on providing high quality, compassionate services to all families and mentoring others in the field to do the same. She serves as the Clinical Operations Officer/Intern Coordinator of Aspire Behavioral Services, working to support both families and employees.
Frances Pereira
Clinical Director
Frances Pereira is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She holds a Masters degree in special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Over the past 16 years, she has worked in the field of ABA in California, Washington, and Nevada. Frances’ experience includes clinical work involving in-home, school, community, and center services, as well as consultative roles within the school district and community. She has a passion for mentoring new BCBAs and Interns to be successful in continuing a legacy of person centered and compassionate care.
Sally Spata
Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Program Director
Sally holds a Masters degree in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University. She is a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Nevada’s Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, & Hearing Aid Dispensing Board. With 11 years of experience working in the Clark County School District and over 30 years in client and customer service roles, Sally has honed her skills in supporting a diverse range of clients. She specializes in working with children aged 3 to 13, including those with special needs and medically fragile conditions. Sally is passionate about collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure her clients’ success.
