Intake Processes & Application
Preauthorization
Aspire Behavioral Services works with a variety of insurance providers and/or payors. Once we receive your Intake Application, we will continue to partner with you on insurance verification and authorization, if needed. We may need some additional information from you to complete that process, and will make the necessary paperwork as easy as possible for you to complete.
Watch your email for messages from authorization@aspire-behavioral.com. We will communicate with you and keep you informed.
Service Authorizations
Once we received pre-authorization from your insurance you will receive an email from authorization@aspire-behavioral.com with a more complete service initiation packet.
