We are always looking for new team members and our team is primarily comprised of the following professionals:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) provide quality behavioral health services to our clients. BCBA’s are responsible for evaluating, designing, and managing behavior interventions in a variety of settings, and will also provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBA’s have earned a master’s degree in a related field, such as psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis, and have passed the national exam to become a BCBA and are licensed by the State of Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are responsible for assisting our behavioral analysis teams in supporting children. Their duties include implementing and support treatment plans developed by BCBA’s. RBT’s will need to complete extensive RBT training which meets national and state certification standards and passed an RBT exam. Our RBT’s works under the direction of a BCBA.

We are happy to welcome already certified RBT’s to our team, and also have an extensive training program in place to support individuals looking to become an RBT.

RBT’s must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have access to reliable transportation. Preference is given to those who are already certified and/or who have experience working with children.
